Attendance Thread - Fulham

The time we come out there are few cars or pedestrians about to be honest, just get comfortable after the match have a gobshite and wait until you are politely requested to leave.

Once again, another fixture where the club have done absolutely nowt to try and generate a bit of interest. Just like that Pompey playoff semi.

Some may argue they shouldn’t need to, but the game on Wednesday is at a time when some are a bit stretched financially and it’s on terrestrial TV, so it’s understandable why some won’t bother.

My wife (no) and I have a decent income; not wealthy by any stretch, but reasonably comfortable, and I felt able to activate our family STs in the BCB. Every month my gas and electric bill is £230 (was £129 not so so long ago), I fuel up my car at around £80 a pop every week or so, and our food shop is somewhere in the region of £100 a week (excluding little top ups). That and all my other bills I can manage and still feel able to fork out for another game, but others might not be so fortunate.
It’s also worth adding that we have a fantastic away support, selling out virtually everywhere we go. Once again yesterday on the radio our fans sounded mint.

There will be fans who go to every away game who won’t be going on Wed, in order to save a few bob for their next trip to support the lads. And that’s perfectly understandable imo.
In fairness to the club it has the the tickets at the main story. I’ve had a couple of emails on promoting tickets and there’s tweets on it.

It’s a poor attendance you can’t argue about that but we have a core of 20k who would follow the club to the conference, anything above that is a bonus imo.

I think we have a bigger core than that considering we sold over 25k season cards in league one and consecutively attracted average crowds in excess of 30k, which is all the more impressive when the away fans rarely sold out and often brought very few fans.

We've sold over 32k season cards this season. Our support is phenomenal and then you have knackers like @Be Here Now who seems to have a go at our fans at any opportunity.

I'm living rent free in your head

You didn't need to tag me at all.

Was I being "negative" after the game yesterday. No

Like I said

Rent free

Move on to something else man

Why not try to be more positive, you've said your piece regarding our fans yet drone on and on about any negatives you can think of. You're the one that needs to move on it seems.

If this was on a Saturday 3pm we would have sold around 35k easily. A lot will be put off by it being a night match during the week.

I sometime wonder what people expect, TV or radio adverts? The pricing is good, if you are interested in football you know its on. Its then up to you, and your personal circumstances, if you are able to and want to go 🤷‍♂️

Like the "negatives" of yesterday one of which you actually liked if I am not mistaken.

Put me on ignore if my comments annoy you so much
