Pretty sure April 9th, ‘77 are doing the Peacock at 2pm, Toxic at the Ivy at 5. Did that about 18 months ago & I was a reet state. It was a long day of smashing in the Guinness & doing punk rock classics.

anyone who hasnt seen rabble rousers id highly recommend them.. quality band playing songs youve heard of not songs that the band members like.. i know two of the band members well.. worked with the lead singer cab at the tempest.. punk and new wave songs you can sing along to..

Excellent band I've seen them twice always put a cracking show on.

aye mate they are quality.. and ray the bass player is a handsome bastard as is cab.. although hes gannin a bit bald now ha.. but as you say they always put on a good show.. cab was actually in his own band in the eighties called the crime.. obv didnt make it.. but was a lot of competition then

They played a mate of mines birthday bash at the Alexandra some years ago and it was quality.

Probably. I live over the other side now but a couple of old postie colleagues have asked me over for a pint in the town so I'll try and drag them over. Bit of a hike mind, the Sandy is in the middle of nowhere really.
