You shall see what?I don't think a fan group rep delving into politics (in direct contradiction to club statements) is a good look. And he has a habit of not being able to stop. So we shall see
He's at the match I believe.Oh. The one watching the match on sky currently? Am unaware of his religious views like
No idea and probably agree. Anyway am not taking stick for what someone else has stated on here. It's dangerous ground for someone who's involvement in said group is well known to question gestures made by our own players imo. Over and ootHe's at the match I believe.
His personal opinions on religion and the two big clubs in Scotland have absolutely nout to do with the group, in the same way that mine don't.
It's a group of sunlun fans at the end of the day, one of whom happens to follow a club in a different country too. In a similar way to me following the fortunes of Athletic Bilbao

Wind your neck in. Am not interested in engaging with youGet a grip
Ha ha ha , 'yoof of today, retro'. You are hilarious.Disagree, what happened to “show racism the red card”… knowing the youth of today they’d probably take to it because it was retro at least it seems the BLM shite has pervaded society for quite some time perhaps not long enough to deem show racism the red card retro but yeah
I realised when you liked my postI know, I was taking the mickey!
Think it has been to be honest, a million times over. The commentators make that point every single game.Okay, fair point. Btw I'm not defending the booing of the knee by any means. I think it's moronic.
My post was merely saying that some people may be misguided or ignorant as to what it is (thanks to the media and press in this country and further afield), with connotations to certain political organisations and leanings.
If it was made unequivocally explained that it is not affiliated, or in support of any political body or leaning and is merely as a show of solidarity and anti racism, then there'd be no reason for anyone to boo, unless they are racist.
Jesus ChristHaha and herein lies the problem; the slogan is more nuanced than expressed… do you think the uneducated side of BLM, you know the racist element who are simply put white hating Neanderthals, pause to discover those nuances or they just shout defund the police without any consideration for what it means therefore attaching their own meaning? It’s all a load of shite, you went from the 90-00s where you had black empowerment now it’s total victimhood. Depressing really.
Football fans have always loved the police and the Jews so it's no surprise they are against a racist anti establishment movement like BLM.
Fair enough. In that case, if people have been made aware, and continue, they're probably racistThink it has been to be honest, a million times over. The commentators make that point every single game.
Show Racism the Red Card and Kick It Out were around for 25+ years and achieved fuck all. They did fuck all either apart wear slogan t-shirts in the warm-ups once a year. People only harp back to them because they were conveniently silent.Disagree, what happened to “show racism the red card”… knowing the youth of today they’d probably take to it because it was retro at least it seems the BLM shite has pervaded society for quite some time perhaps not long enough to deem show racism the red card retro but yeah
Booing the knee is wrong and is racist. I still believe that the reason it’s bood are far more nuanced than it’s possible to discuss on a board of internet usernames.
The reasons may be varied. The reason the vast majority booing it do so is clearly racism.
What have you done previously that actively ‘supports’ the ‘Kick it Out’ campaign? This. I don't applaud taking the knee down at Hartlepool, just remain silent but many are now booing it yet when the club did the anti racism campaign a few year ago it was fully supported by everyone. I associate taking the knee with BLM, an organisation I have no time for and if that makes me a racist then fine. If Pools decided to promote "kick it out" I would happily support that campaign as I did before. I can't however support the taking of the knee hence I remain silent. That's my choice/decision just like the players are free to make their own choice. Hardly anyone applauds it at Pools though. It was stopped but once Curle took over its began again. I remember Durham Cricket did a statement before a game, players all stood at the front and a statement for all was read out which I think is a good idea and the way forward. Taking the knee is a no for me though, I can't support that.
