Bloke from sunderland aged about 60ish.

Anyone know him, mad as a pan of frogs, used to he known as mad mick when he lived in whitburn.

Had 1 pro fight and knocked his opponent clean out. Then quit the sport.

Had many amateur fights and won titles as a schoolboy.

Havent seen him for years, about 6 year. Hed piled the weight on l, and he was living in the high rise tower block flats in the town, with the bagman and various other plonkys.

Punchy af aswell.

Tony and Mickey were amateur boxers, Dean was the footballer.
Their dad used to be involved with Pennywell boxing club about 40 years ago.
As stated all Silksworth at the time.
Couldn't comment if they were bellends, i was only a a youngun at the time and they seemed ok.
The whole family were nice though.

Yes, I know him very well, he’s a great lad. I had serious concerns when I saw this thread, if ever there was a case for not deed in the thread title, ffs

Haven’t seen him for years, he boxed on a Mike Tyson undercard in the late 80’S, iirc

Aye i know. It was in atlantic city, new jersey iirc, he lived out there at the time, he could hit like a pig aswell

Aye, I remember him living in the States for a while, I think he married an American lass?

Still owes me a few pints he’s nipped me for ower the years, the bastard 🤣
