Kicking right off

All you need is a couple of visible coppers, I'm struggling to understand why this is not the case already.
Too dark to see.
Of course they will have been to the game. I don't no why somebody said this
The 5-1 at St James’s there was a bit trouble (handbags) outside of Central Station like. The match was still playing.

Difference is this was in their town centre vs middle of nowhere where the coaches are at the SoL

Yep, always thought it could be sketchy down that road but as people have said - most away fans getting supporters coaches parked up there aren’t the sort to go looking for trouble.

So basically we’ve now got a gang of little wankers trying to cause it?
Seems so ,don't think we've any older nuggets any more ? So sounds like a few younguns have watched a bit retro fighting on YouTube and fancy a bit . Feeds back to that boredom ,forgotten youth type stuff

Pretty much this marra.

The people on the coaches weren’t the type to look for bother.

Were you on every coach? Cardiff have a massive amount of radgeys, they will travel with other fans aswel, its not all like green street
The boys on the bus and around it weren’t hoolies or scarfers. Just normal footy fans young and old, like most here & I know a few are capable of looking after themselves. In fact the 2 trying to keep the local scrotes ( I won’t call them Sunderland fans) away from the bus were the drivers !
What I don’t understand is if these youth were so up for it why did they leg it when they had a better chance of more ‘action’ when the rest of the away fans were getting there ?

Doesn’t look good that amount attacking a handful.

Also in the video there’s an older guy amongst the locals. What is he doing there ? He’s not a kid. Your plod are likely to be looking to have a word with him.

So it turns out some kids were worky tickets and snapped a wiper on a bus. Then were chased off.

Sounds pretty standard behaviour from kids all around the country to be fair. Would think they burned the coaches out and went in a stabbing frenzy reading this thread at the start

It starts everyone off though and with kids going that way no need really

It’s a bizarre place to have everyone mix especially in the dark and no police

Read his first post on Saturday, he started off by saying he was walking past and seeing the younguns pulling scarves over their faces, that was it, to now being privy to coach passenger affiliations, the fact that these hoodlums hadn’t been at the match, and witnessing serious disorder. He’s a Walter Mitty m8, just ignore him.

I walked past before the game when they were getting off. It was a load of normal people ffs. They were talking to some of our own fans.

And yes, I did see the lads walking back towards the ground along the road. And then smashing the windows. They must have either not been at the match or if they had, left the match early and walked all the way around the Hilton and Beacon and back up the road.

Not sure why I need to tell you all this like.

They’re little shits and something needs done. Just cause some people are willing to downplay (for what reason I don’t know) doesn’t mean we all are.

Always used to walk back that way after midweek fixtures as I’d drive in and get the park and ride rather than going out of a few beer as I would on a Saturday.

Can’t say I’ve ever seen any bother but I don’t think I’ve taken that route for a year so it must be a relatively recent thing?

Or there’s just less aggro midweek.

The only time before this season it has had the potential to properly go off down there was Everton in the Cup.
Coventry at home this season I was walking about 10 feet behind a big fella, maybe 25, who was purpously banging into Cov fans stood by their coaches, then stopping and gesturing as if to say Haway then.

I think it might go big style down there this season. As I said earlier, the ante appears to be getting upped each match.

Be interesting if we got a home cup draw v a team with a 3k following.

Definitely becoming a "thing" this now like. More and more young'uns every week heading towards the away end/coaches looking to cause trouble, behaviour seems to be escalating as well.
I believe it is the same at Newcastle. Hopefully both sets will continue until they give the wrong lot some lip.

The young saudi squad were chased by our under 12's last week. A few of our under 12's were caught by your owner, and put in his hareem
That was a group of bairns chasing another group of bairns.
The 'youngsters' at Newcastle i am referring to are mid-late teens. I wonder if they will act themselves at our next home game?

Our younguns are rock man . M.M.A fighters, and blackbelts the lot of them. All from various dojos around sunderland . Cobra kai- yall Road dojo. The dojo of the Thorney claws. The samurai-hope warriors. They even warm up round the back of the beacon of light before they batter the away fans. They are gonna crane kick your tea towelled heads straight off!

“Crane Kick”….. no idea what that is but it tickled me!

Heard off a couple of people that this group of young uns don't even go to the match and they've been seen starting to gather outside the away coaches from early on whilst the match is in progress and nowhere near full time.

If this turns out to be true then it isn't really anything to do with SAFC and the club shouldn't be accountable for them, as it's just a group (30/40) of daft young local teens looking to occupy themselves for an hour or so.

We've got a reputation of being hospitable towards away fans so these people don't represent SAFC in any way, shape or form.

I'd imagine now it's been well documented NP will come down on them like a shot. One thing they are handy at is tackling football related trouble which is the reason why us and them up the road are always at the top of the banning orders league table!

It’s not so long back people were whining that away fans were giving grief to our fans leaving, families etc near the coaches,
could It be these kids have heard about this and are not having it anymore?

from what I’ve read the Cardiff lot weren’t playing up, but let’s be honest, if you had to pick a few clubs that it would be more likely to kick off it’d be Millwall Cardiff Stoke and Boro.

Were they kicking round the area when we played Norwich.? Would never want to see any decent football fans of any club getting shit at the SOL for no reason, but have no problem with young uns wading in if they are acting like arseholes to our fans.
