Nord stream

Two adjacent pipelines that are state of the art both blowing up 50km apart on the same day is fairly unprecedented.
Agreed, it is suspicious, but I was merely pointing out that it happens more often than people think. It’s also odd that ruptures are in different locations.

The water depth of both pipelines (minimum 60 m - 200ft) is such that it would need sat diving equipment to get down there, or specialised equipment to place any “explosives” accurately, so not an “off the cuff” sabotage act.- it must have been very well planned.

On the plus side, environmentally, Nordstream 2 was never operational, so if Russia has turned off supply only residue gas in pipeline will be lost, not uncontrolled evacuation from source. (Still a lot of gas).
Same with Nordstream 1 as Russia closed that off too.

There’s no fault, it’s not likely but it’s possible. Let’s face it, isn’t it what the vast majority of the people once planet want, to get along peacefully?
If everyone were on good terms, you wouldn't need allies.

If there's no conflict, no-one would need allies.

It’s very rare subsea. But I agree it does happen. This has to be intentional.

Im guessing any explosives would have been deployed using ROVs, sophisticated and well planned as you say. Have they confirmed it’s natural gas? They could have purged the lines? No idea.
