Was a beauty.

I think the score we’ve got is good given the conditions. The ball is 60 odd overs old and still moving around. Not easy at all.

227-5, lead is 25.

A brilliant day for Durham all things considered, it’ll be interesting to see how the pitch and ball behave tomorrow, especially when we come to bowl again. It’s already turning, so I can’t imagine we’ll want to have to chase too many in the fourth innings.

Should hope to add atleast another hundred tomorrow, only needs one partnership to get us up towards that figure and if we get there that should be enough to be able to force a win on the last day.

Maddinson was dismissed for 55, the Leicestershire bowlers have bowled nicely this morning and it’s still doing alsorts.

New ball was taken and is now 8 overs old.

We are 289-8 with a lead of 87. Drissell and Potts are at the crease.

Be nice to get the lead up over a hundred at the very least, which would see us claim that third batting point in the process.

Nope, 296 all out. Lead of 92. Disappointing in the end really, feel like the wickets this morning were surrendered quite meekly really. Mind our bowlers should be licking their lips at the conditions.

Gibson not covering himself in glory and out. Durham still short of the 300 hundred. All out 296.

Good to see. As has been said on here, he has a good previous record but it hasn’t worked for him here so far. Let’s hope he can keep it up for the last few games.

Should have Lees back for the last 2 games. Expect Shadrach to leave after this game for start of Aussie season.
