I don't think a sporting director can take the credit for an under 18 team being top of the league after a handful of games tbh

And even if the under 18s were bottom after a handful of games I would say it's got fuck all to do with the sporting director

I can never understand why people post stuff like this. The under 18s are bound to have a bad spell but that would still have fuck all to do with the sporting director

Literally everything on the playing side is to do with the sporting director.
