I feel he'll be a decent fit for us tbh. We have a more than capable team. Add a manager who knows the league well add a few more players and i expect us to continue as we are. Mowbray of similar ilk to AN with more experience.

Now is not the time for unproven up and coming coaches/managers.

No, I wouldn't. If we sold him for £15m I'd be OK with it. It's just that, having done some proper research, I have no problems with Mowbray coming in at a time when we need stability and consolidation.

Yeah. I don't think he's poor and he's a decent bloke. But it may highlight that the recruitment without sufficient experience is a bit flawed as I don't think he's as organised and as good as his predecessor.

Any professional manager would probably keep that team in the championship, that is no achievement whatsoever.
