Yeh used to working with young players as well having been at West ham and Ipswich I'd rather take a chance on him than mowbray but I know some will disagree

To be fair the main ones we did all agree on in years gone by never worked out very well -so even though I’m probs more in the old school camp I’m happy to go with youth and give it a go .
Seems highly regarded -whatever happens we need someone sharpish
