You think just because it’s Sunderland we can spend millions on players because a manager wants them??? How the hell do you think we ended up in League 1!! One minute he is driving down to Stoke. Club releases a statement that says he is talking to Stoke. Now James Hunter says he is still at the AOL.

Maybe thought he'd earned a bit more of a say getting us up. It's been clear all preseason he wasn't to happy with the tools he was being given.

Sky could report he's signed the contract at Stoke and he could walk out of the AoL dressed as the Loch Ness Monster singing he'll take sunlun to the premier league with his new SAFC contract in hand. I actually feel very different about it if he hasn’t actually travelled as was previously said by journos… if he’s just speaking to them then it could just be a contract negotiation tactic and then fair enough, imho.

Travelling down would imply he actually wants to job, and then fuck him.
