We all obviously have a huge love and affiliation for the club, but to 99.9% of players and managers, they couldn't give a shiney shite.

The reality is if Neil is offered a bumper increase in terms of years on a contract and salary elsewhere, he will likely be extremely interested, as we all would if it happened to us in our own industries.

Improved salary, contract length and control would be attractive to most. Especially if his family is still down the north west way on.
 

Neil probably isn't leaving. But i don't think the 12 month rolling contract serves it's initial purpose now. When he was appointed, it suited both parties as it was an easy get out clause for AN should things not have gone well. We're now in the championship and looking to kick on. AN is a proven top end championship/ lower PL manager, we need to now back him with a 3/4 year deal.
