Because for some strange reason, these days, it’s almost seen as wrong to differentiate between mens and womens, as if it’s somehow sexist to acknowledge the differences both physically, athletically and culturally.

I honestly think a female footballer will sign for a mens team in my lifetime. They’re already talking about a female manager of a mens team. That will inevitably follow. And then it won’t be a mens team, will it? That’s the eventual goal though for some factions of society.

This might not go down too well but why are the BBC pushing this sport down our throats on their main channel?
Unbelievable the coverage for this minority sport.
You should try the sky coverage. Its practically nonstop

I think it’s great that the woman’s game can get an audience like this, 4 million is miles more viewers then we get for a premier league game with it been hidden been a pay wall.

Loads of girls get to see woman play football and may give it a go and the more girls that play the standard will get better .

If you are not interested then you can change channels

Are you OK with men managing a woman's team?

Jesus Christ 😂😂

It’s a big tournament taking place in England ffs. Something like 4m watched the first game - which is more than the average viewing for shite like F1.

Hopefully the lasses win tonight and book their place in the next round. I also hope the BBC continue to promote the tournament
