Bikers of the smb

Scary bike back in the day. Terrifying now.

A triple cylinder 2 stroke powerband and Apparently handles like soup in a bowl.
Pedestrian compared to todays bikes, 0-60 5 seconds, top speed 120, but like a rocket back then.
The second bike I ever had was an s1 triple (250). Great little bike, until it rained, then the front mudguard directed streams of water onto the centre pot, causing all sorts of issues!.
My next bike was a Z1, faster than the H2, and more stable until you got to about 90, then it wobbled like feck. You had to either have a damper kit fitted, or spend a fortune on new forks/trees etc.

I’ve had plenty minor and one serious tank slapper. Fit a damper on my bikes now if it doesent have one when I buy it.

First bike I had was a KH250, nice revvy bike with top end powerbands, I had to pass my test on my mates RD250 for a gentler subtle approach.

Lad with a death wish on a19 this morning
i dont even like that road in a car
Lane switching and filtering while both busy lanes doing 65-75 miles an hour

Nice, never tried the dct clutch thing
Neither have I. I was speaking to a lad who had one and he said he wouldn't want to go back to a clutch, they're like a big scooter
