That's the thing for me, you need veg in a stir fry. A combo of chillis, onion, spring onion, mushrooms, babycorn, peppers, carrot, courgette, pak/bok choi, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, beansprouts etc. Use 4 to 6 of them, at least.
Yep... Had one tonight..

Peppers .one green, one red, one yellow, onion, Pak choi, carrot, and another veg No mushrooms in otherwise a must

Case if using what I have in half the time..

Just remembered.. spring onion and I cubed some fresh tomatoes that needed using

Yeah, tomatoes would be another thing to use. Either cubed or cherry tomatoes.

Tbf can't really cube them.. but cut into 8

Had a stri fry last night with noodles but that was with a piece of salmon with a nice glaze in top..

Tonight's was coconut sticky rice and chicken

Made a sauce yesterday with;

Spring onions
Fresh garlic
Fresh ginger
Rice wine vinegar
Soy sauce
Sugar

Just whack that in towards the end once your meat/veg has cooked. Quick and easy.

Chicken, broccoli, sugar snap peas, rhubarb. Fried with a bit light soy, tamarind and lots of freshly crushed white pepper. Finished with bean sprouts
