You just make yourself look childish with petty insults.

We all want dumb and dumber to bugger off, they have said they want to sell and some good some bad potential investors have been going through due process...this all takes time and its in the nature of buyouts or takeovers that a lot can change and usually does until the contracts are signed sealed and delivered. Least of all KLD (or his advisors) have an important role and say so.
