Current heatwave in the UK

Turns out the weather in the south differs somewhat to that on the northeast coast.

But I read on here that isn’t the case?

Can anyone advise? Got heat stroke so can’t make sense of it.

Also whats the craic with often the best (or sunniest) weather of the day arriving at 7pm & 8pm ? As it is at this very moment.

No good to any fucker that.

I’ve quite enjoyed weather so far, but south facing back garden makes a huge difference it seems.
Not sure where you are but for most of county durham to my knowledge it’s just been cloud cover and moderate gusts with mid teens temps for ages now. Was at the coast the weekend gone and it was the same.

I'd be happy if it never got above about 16 degrees with low humidity, TBH. I detest warm, humid weather. April and May are probably the best months, IMO, then it's downhill from there.

Sunny but cool weather is my optimum climate.

Used to love summer, especially here in Bulgaria. The older I get the more I hate it, wasps, flies, ticks, giant millipedes, constantly sweating, having to mow the bastard lawn every week.

Give me winter all day long.
