I don't think he does anymore. I think he may well have done early on in the SD/CM era but I think it's all about his ego and wanting to be right. When was the last bit of info he got anywhere near right? Wasn't he only on here 10 days ago telling everybody it's nigh on done? Now it's 2 parties haven't shown proof of funds on 606... It's an ego trip for him.

In all fairness it really doesn't take a lot to make that kind of assumption. Here's my take on it - there's at least one bidder, at least one of those bidders may have had their bid accepted, said bid might have reached the EFL, but it may not quite be on their desk, it's most likely to take 5-6 weeks but it may take longer due to the Queen having extra bank holidays. Oh, and things change.

Amazing how all the itk stuff (mainly on not 606) has completely dried up since Tom white and the media went quiet.

No more “might have a few drinks wink wink” no more silly dancing emojis, no more “this club is going places” no more vague non commital hints pretending to know everything. Or the personal fav after Tom White said news due soon, the massive taking credit and see it told you posts of “everyone happy” and “told you good things were to come”.

It’s almost as if they were guessing all along based on what was in the media. What do they get out of it man, is there such a huge sense of importance to them, to know stuff that they just can’t let go and need that gratification from people.
