Because he'd tied his own credibility to it, he was backed into a corner where if it didn't happen, he felt like he'd look daft, even if most of us would have understood if he'd just accepted that it wasn't actually happening. When we questioned him on it, he got defensive and lashed out, which is all kind of understandable. Howeverm, he then spent 6 months saying 'I haven't NOT heard anything' and other cryptic stuff, even when they were dissolving the FPP company and other clear signs it wasn't happening.

Getting back on topic for a second, mate, you have been involved in business for years, so if the chuckle brothers sold the shares like they promise to what happens next, as In what are the steps, before we can wave bye bye to them.

1. They reach a deal with the buyer(s).
2. Buyers provide proof of funds to them/the EFL
3. Club prepares revised forecasts for the EFL to approve.
4. Buyers pass the owners and directors test.
5. Deal completes.
 
My experience of 606 is that they're overly too nice to "pretend ITKs" because they want to create an environment for a genuine one to feel comfortable posting information. However I think it's mainly just created a spawning pool for attention seekers and WUMs and that 99% of people posting information usually talking utter shite.

It is kinda culty there I agree. This place can be toxic, but it's born from skepticism rather than malice

The things he says in the written form paint quite a picture mind.

There are plenty who vouch for him who are good people and yet they are not homophobes etc.
 
In his time on here he came across as an obsessive psychopath; I wasn’t at all unhappy he got a perma ban. I most certainly wouldn’t want to cross him or even talk to him.
