Why. I thought the deal was already agreed and the details with the EFL for approval. That’s what the original statement said. Why would there be any further negotiations/ developments at 11pm. Makes no sense.

I honestly don’t understand you mate.

Let’s look at some facts. Absolutely loads of posters vouch for you on here, they all say you are a sound bloke, happy to help any Sunderland fan with tickets or travel when you can, which I applaud.

You used to be a really well liked poster as reiver. The Dell deal came about, and despite insisting you were never itk, you suddenly needed to be with this deal. I think it’s clear you were given little snippets on the potential deal, but because it dried up, for some reason you needed to embellish a little.

I think you had to ride with it, and when your “info” turned out to be dud, it got a little nasty. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying posters on here weren’t going for you, because they were, they took the piss.

You vowed to quote the board and never come back. You joined the site over the road, and all of a sudden you were an ITK. Not only info about the Dell deal, but now all of a sudden about transfers, contracts, Managers and Ownership.

All of this despite you acknowledging you’d never been itk previously and it was luck you had a contact with the dell deal. You spend a lot of time over the road, dismissing anyone that dares challenge you, and slating this place, “it’s a joke” “the mods are a joke” “glad I left” “will never go back” amongst other things you’ve said. Yet here you are.

So since the Dell deal, you’ve gone from being a well liked poster, with a reputation of being a helpful massive lads fan but not itk. To someone who now NEEDS to be itk for some reason, but who also has created an almost closed group on the other board, can’t be challenged, and who’s created a new name on here despite saying you’ll never come back.

It’s really, really strange behaviour. Given you are by all accounts an absolutely sound bloke away from the Internet.

I think it's fair to say the Europeans industrialised the trade . What surprised me was the extent to which the Portuguese and Spanish first used the native labour as slaves in the Carribbean ( mining mainly), it was total genocide . Islands including Cuba, Barbados , Bahamas were literally wiped out , depopulated totally . Thus they needed Africans . Another interesting thing on scale , records indicate of the 10m settlers to populate the Americas, over 8m were shipped African slaves .

Got nowt against revier ...or for that matter Any poster here or on not606. Info gets passed around (in good faith and is often shared in that spirit). When you get a piece that is exciting the ego can run riot. We are prone to mistakes, human foibles,vanity. I'd rather have the info and make discretionary calls on whether to believe it or not or trust the source.

Itk are what they are put your faith in any of them at your own risk

Yep. I’m not saying the attitude on here is correct. People get too much abuse and I was guilty of it with Madbob, the pair of us were. But it’s just passion for the club, and we’ve sorted it out.

The abuse is shit, but you should be able to challenge. Over the road, it’s just closed, the same group can speak and be itk, everyone else has to lick arse, and not challenge. Weird.

I don’t disagree with you mate. If you want to take info, take it, if you don’t, then don’t, no need for abuse.

However with reiver it just seems weird, he was self confessed never itk, but since the dell deal, now is on everything. Also will never use the smb again and will slate it on the other board. Yet here he is under a different name.

Strange behaviour, and as I say, I’m not having a pop, I’m geniunely intrigued as to why such a sound bloke needs to do it.

The dell 1 was potentially huge.. all the inducations were that it was progressing well. We have subsequently found out that the clown car crash that is madrox got stupid and greedy and fucked it. My guess was that revier got a bit stitched up and way too carried away.. shit happens

Yeah I agree. That’s probably exactly what happened. But from others accounts of him, you would expect him to shrug it off and hold his hands up.

What confuses me, is the need to go the opposite way, “quit” the board. And then be so adamant your now itk on the other board and come back here with a new name.
