He defo has some connections, he’s PM’d stuff before that was spot on. You don’t get in the box at wembley without club connections imo

Whether anyone knows the current status of any buyout etc. i have my doubts, but i’m sure some will hear bits

Also everyone who does hear stuff will be hearing different versions of the truth from different perspectives at different times.

For instance even if Charlie Methven’s wife posted on here. She’d have loads of good info but only from Charlie’s perspective. And Charlie himself would only know what price he’s selling his shares for, he might not even be privy to who he’s selling them to, let alone who else’s shares they’re buying, or what their relationship with KLD is.

So Charlie could say the deal is “done” because he’s agreed to sell his shares and they’ve agreed a price. But that deal won’t be done until all the other ducks line up.

Meanwhile somebody else is hearing from the new investor that there’s a way to go because they’re still negotiating with Sartori.

Meanwhile somebody else is hearing from KLD that nothing is happening because he’s trying to keep everything quiet so that it happens on the straight and narrow.


This is why ITK “stories” might not add up even if that person, and even their source, are acting in good faith.

If its anybody decent buying in ..the talks will be about control of the club ..i don't think the kld lot looked like they were up to selling up-- well if the pics from Wembley are anything to go buy......so I'm sure Donald and Methmans 39% will be up for grabs and i think the stumbling block will be santis shares and voting rights.

I think we will survive either way, I’m not too worried on that front, but the 2 chancers staying could mean a malaise whereby we simply survive and have no means to push on.

I'm not so sure that Madrox leaving would make an awful lot of difference. Obviously the supporters will be happier, but I wouldn't expect KLD to whip the cheque book out. A full takeover might make a difference, but I would prefer KLD to someone that mortgages us up to the eyeballs.
