We haven’t got decent ownersI mean if we've got decent owners I imagine we can offer him more money then a relegated Burnley. But if they're tight ***** well lose him.

Why would he leave a bigger club with potential for a small club that is reverting to type?
Sunderland gets a higher average attendance in League One than Burnley does after years in the top division. It's a nothing club in comparison.
How many points do you get for a big crowd again?
Not sure like. If you do even the simplest of research you’ll find out that they are up the creek financially if they go down. More likely to do a Leeds / Forest than a Norwich / Fulham. They'd have a good chance of going straight back up, like Norwich do
Should consider that before passing comments on other peoples opinions
They are but the strategy will be to bounce back and their income will dwarf usRumour is they are in all sorts of bother money wise if they go down
Right on the money there mate. I'm glad Neil treats these wankers with complete disdain in the press conferences. They've generally got a negative agenda against safc.Ah, an Alan Nixon article linking our in-form manager with a potential move away at a crucial point in the season? There’s a shock…
Just our luck though isn't it?
We find a bloke who looks a great fit and he gets poached from us.
Let's hope he's not a greedy Bazza like BSA and sees the £££ as an attraction.
Burnley more potless than we are
Don’t the new Yankee owners owe the old owners a fortune though cerTain someone posted this elsewhere in the threadThey'll have parachute payments Hank. And Neil made no secret he wants to manage at higher level.
Imperative we go up as I think he might be away otherwise.
BSA left us for the England job and it wasn’t about the money as every English manager would’ve done the same, yes he would’ve got a good whack but it was what the pull of being England manager. He was a greedy bastard after he got the England job thoughJust our luck though isn't it?

And so will their outgoings if some rumours are true. They basically bought the club with a loan that’s being paid back using club funds plus quite a high interest to be added on. 1 rumour is if they are relegated they have to pay the whole of the loan off in 1 go.They are but the strategy will be to bounce back and their income will dwarf us

He’s met our owners? If we're in the same division next season, why would he go there?
So did we. They’ll be using the PP to fund their loan. Orrible cynical bastards they are. Not as much as our owners are mind.Burnley have got new owners and will have parachute payments.
