Speakman has one big eye on the budget and whether his signings are cheap and might make money down the line he obviously would like success on the field but his goals (no pun intended) are long term and financially biased..there is no other reason than financial that we didn't sign a Stewart understudy!He knows his job is safe as long as he stays within budget.
