Some people really do talk bollocks on here! AN came in with the club in chaos and the team in freefall yet he's still been able to turn things around, despite injuries to key players and a totally unbalanced squad. We're now looking far better at the back than we have at any stage under LJ, he's showing way more tactical awareness and flexibility, and we are creating chances and winning games. What else did anyone expect? He's a massive step up on LJ and is almost certainly the best manager we've had since Big Sam. Promoted or not this season, I hope he's given at least all of next season to get us firing properly.
Well said, and good to hear a refreshingly honest interview by the manager too

Only lost one game, and still looking for his best team and set up, needs more time but heading in right direction.
I also like the fact he has the vision and prepared to change things

Tell you what, LJ would not have made one change at HT and kept the same side till the 65 minute mark. Parkinson would have kept the same side till the 80th minute.

Great to have someone in the dugout who makes a couple of changes at HT, and changes the formation to have more of an impact on the game.
You make extremely good sense. I don't think AN can get us through the playoffs, but he might get us in to them. He is shaping up as a good manager.

Good interview that. Admits it was awful first half and doesn’t seem that impressed as a whole. Wins a win though.

Embleton creates nothing
Aren't his goals and assists stats as good as Pritchard's

Anyone thinking we will get a better manager than him in league one is deluded. He's taken over a f***ing mess.

Could have easily lost it. He just chucked a load of forwards on and hoped for the best
There was a little more to it than just throwing forwards on.

Johnson wouldn’t have changed it at half time and we’d have been lucky to take a point.

Credit where it’s due, Neil changed it and it influenced the game and the result. That’s his job.

They might be. Pritchard is by far the better player though
