As if Stewart and Pritchard would play another year at this level

We'll see. Being stand out in this division means nowt. A few weeks ago Neil was a future England star, as was Doyle, currently they're benched. If we move people on we'll get money for them, that's the aim here now.

Bit of a difference between them and Stewart mind

He's 25. Three years or more away from his golden years. Not many sides use players of his ilk in today's game. This has been true for a long time now, that's how we picked Quinny up for next to nowt.

I think Stewart is much more than a target man like, look at the goals where he runs in behind, like at Wycombe, or where he runs at defences like at Rotherham.

He's a good all round player

He isn't when it comes to moving up. He lacks pace, his first touch isn't great, his finishing isn't top class, he isn't the best when it comes to decision making. He's here to learn. My guess is that he'll be here next year.

He's good in the air and fairly quick most teams in championship would take him maybe even rangers and Celtic as well

I think he's quick enough for a big lad like, think you are being incredibly harsh he's the best in our league

We don't have to have a huge turnover. If we see fit we can offer the likes of Wright and Arby contracts. if we think we can improve we'll move them on. If we had to upgrade so what? Wigan appear to have done well so
it's not ridiculous, we lost an entire generation of players from the U23's, that has to be sorted too.

Squad next year.
Huggins
Neil
09
Wright
Cirkin
Evans
Pritch
Embleton
Hume
Stewart
Matete
Gooch ( If required)
Arby ( If required)
Batth
Winch
Burge (If required)
Embleton
Patterson
Willis?

Forgive me if I've missed any, or read contracts wrong but it's close enough. Way more than Blackpool or Wigan were left with. One or two loans, a couple of old heads, a few kids and we go again.

We'll be adding kids for years yet. Get used to it.
I cant see how Stewart would stay, likewise with Pritchard.

Once you take them out (even with) that squad is not getting promoted. You would have to nail 6 new first team signings which is highly unlikely.

Would have snapped your hands off for four points from these two away games! Got four, but should have been six from today's performance. There are signs of life, we just need to put some of these teams away and get into the play offs with some momentum!

Now to get six points from our two home games this week! 👊

Keep the faith! Haway The Lads! 🔴⚪

Fuck off

Drawing away at Charlton whilst other teams around us pickup points, some convincingly so is not good enough. It's a pile of shite.

Yep, who against? Oxford beat them 4 nowt.

How will we definitely make the top six mate when we fail to beat crap like Charlton and get beat at home off teams like Doncaster?

Our form is atrocious. The Wigan result is an anomaly.
You know this club as much as I do. They’ll go on a great run, get top 6, get everyone anticipating a play off win at Wembley then let the fans down in the most heartbreaking fashion….

Get to the play offs and a similar away result would set us up nicely. Early days but we appear to be addressing our biggest failing.

People keep saying this but where would he go? One decent season in league one.
Top end championship. Boro, QPR, Forest type club imo

4 points from 2 difficult away games, 2 clean sheets, players coming back to fitness. We’ll make the playoffs. And I’m a negative c😎nt
Why is Charlton classed as a difficult away game?

They’re 16th in league one. Have you seen their recent results?

We have to stop making excuses and accepting a draw in a “difficult away game” against mid table, third tier sides. It’s not acceptable

I think people are confusing charlton now to charlton that used to be good. It’s all I can think of.
