Alternatively it could be because the Reuben Brothers are believed to have amassed their fortune in the same way that Abramovich and were actually involved with Abramovich in Russia? You don't have to dig too deep to see the Reuben Brother's involvement in the murky post-communist world of Russia where people got massively rich by buying state owned business. The Reubens actually sold their business to Abramovich. Maybe Stavely is worried or maybe its a totally innocent comment.

If the Saud throw their lot in with the Russians and then Johnson does what the British government should have been doing for the last 30 years and sanctions Saudi businesses operating in the U.K. then I’m all for it!

However, it says something that Ambramovich has morals that Stavely can only dream of.
 
TBF like she can't really say nowt when she represents a regime that happily lop people's heads off all over. If she did shed be getting massive flack all over, probably should have just said nowt though.

Because they genuinely believe they are better people than everyone else. I'm from Newcastle and live there and can verify this. Apparently just being born in Newcastle makes you "belta" and "friendly" and everyone who lives south of the city is miserable wanker living in a shithole. They really believe this or are brain washed into thinking this is true and you try telling them it isn't.
