Foundation isn’t becoming the owner. They are running the day to day business of the club. He’s still the owner, he can do whatever he likes with it

I suspect he still owns the shares, but has placed them temporarily in trust. It's something many politicians are required to do on entering government.

The charity aren’t becoming the owner at all. He’s dictated terms of the running of the club and that’s what he’s asked the charity to do on his behalf. He hasn’t passed them any shares or ownership whatsoever
