Same here , enraged keyboarders on here shouting about lies and subterfuge, I have no idea what they are talking about. Why would I have the slightest interest in what percentage of shares KLD owns. In fact why would I have any interest in KLD ?
If I owned shares then fair enough. I will be renewing next season ( I didn't this, because of covid).
What goes on in the board room ? nowt to do with me.

People who say Sunderland will survive going bust are living in cloud cuckoo land. Sunderland cost an absolute fortune to run and are In league one, we aren’t an attractive proposition at all.

They have. The shares in safc are held by Mercator. What we don't know are the details behind the shareholdings in Mercator. A foreign company.

If everything was going swimmingly, we were in the top 2 and Johnson hadn't been sacked, there'd be no need to go public about the share issue.
For all we know, in that situation KLD could have bought out Donald/the other shareholders upon promotion.

Something happened when Johnson was sacked though. There was clearly disagreement about his replacement and it's very possible it all coincided with 1 year after KLD came and the expiry of the NDA.

I'm hoping KLD attends tomorrow and personally will reserve judgement until I've heard what's been discussed

Then don’t complain when the madrox lot fuck everything up. The club have lied or at very least cleverly hidden the truth, but that doesn’t bother you?

No one would give two hoots if we'd just had a few breaks these however many seasons. It's all about the football in the pitch
The players will be over the moon a bloke who was in London at the time gets the blame for a penalty decision

If that was the case then yes it would sway me, depending on what the timescales are. This cant be allowed to drag on long term. Will they sell him the shares, it seems yes but after promotion when they will be worth more. Trouble is, while the chuckle brothers have a finger in the pie, the less the chance of promotion. Hence we are stuck with the leaches.
