I said this on another thread, Charlie being with KLD at the match would only enrage supporters, the share issue coming out, just wondering if Charlie and Donald are trying to hurry up the buy out, maybe KLD is just helping them along quicker than they think
More invested in the mags mate. The Athletic has to take credit. As soon as a press outlet started asking the right questions, the Club realised it couldn't keep things covered up, and folded.
Our local "journalists" could learn a thing or two from this.
What if you get hungry and thirstyTrue, but although I will go to the matches I'll spend nothing and I'm done until they are gone.
I'd like to know why KLD bought a share of SAFC.
- Does he want to own an english football club?
- Why only buy 41%
- If Donald wouldn't sell him more shares then why not just buy a different club?
- Was ot just because he knows Satori?
Also who are what was he referring to when he said "assest strippers" and why was it span to sound like it was the people he part owns with the club?
Hoping for promotion, increased share price and now doubting itDon't see it personally. They would have just sold up initially if they wanted out fully.
And they wouldn't have Methven interviewing managers.
So who's going to start a crowd funding page to by all the shares?
It was investment in Donaldor potentially Derby County who took 'investment' from the same people who the current chancers took a loan from.
Rumoured we've spent 1.5 million on Cirkin and Matete. Is that right ? If so that's not insignificant for this division. Just trying to be fair to em. Not saying spend won't have been restricted by Donald but for this league we've spent a bit i think.- Since the Will Grigg fiasco we've spent next to nothing on transfer fees
- The stadium deteriorates year after year (see the knackered speakers and shite pitch), obviously spending nowt on it unless absolutely necessary
- Staff have been stripped back as much as possible to the extent that people can't even pay on the gate any more. Is the club shop even open?
- Seems like we have about two people managing marketing, the website and all our social media
- Couldn't get Keane over the line as certain "minority" shareholders obviously wouldn't stump up for him despite KLD making it pretty clear he was first choice
Even without this news it was obvious really that the clowns are still in control. The club is basically being run into the ground - you can guarantee that if we don't go up this season, Neil and Stewart will be off and those transfer fees will be pocketed by the clowns.

My thinking. There’s no way Donald/Methven would make this statement. This has been done without their say so.Is it possible this may be part of a powerplay now by KLD/JS vs Madrox?
It’s part of the formula Roger. Eton + Methven = FU2I thought his formula was that Eton trumped anything else?
I hope you pissed in itEspecially as I'm pretty sure I may have bought him one.

What options are there for this to happen ?
1 Stop attending and protest (and risk progress?)
2 Request clarification on decision making powers and strategy among other things via RAWA then decide.
3 Trust KLD and some shareholders to do the right thing (and risk progress?)
Can only see 2 being the option for now @Guinness Guzzler - so those questions become more important. Not sure of the right thing if i'm honest. I do want SD and CM gone and have done since their attempted profit grab pre Charlton play off game but also want the club to progress and don't think the club going into cumulative meltdown will get us into a league position where people will be more inspired to pay them off at the underserving fees they want.
Questions for me are;
1 What does governance majority actually mean
2 What reassurance can they provide us that things are in place to prevent the spivs (previous ownership) from restricting the progress of the club / how much is KLD in charge of direction
3 In the takeover deal was there an agreement in place to guarantee future changes in share ownership subject to promotion or failure to be promoted or are there any changes / further dilution of Madrox control planned for the near future.
4 How can we trust them to be up front, clear and honest going forward. What changes are to be made to make things less cloak and dagger - referencing the implied 51% even though this was not clearly stated.

You know how a board works? So KLD has spent millions buying a massive share only to be out voted by three others who aren’t close to him wealth wise. Doesn’t sound plausible tbh.
