Confirmed KLD only owns 41%

Perfectly calm here. Just calling out the club attack dogs for what they are, you're one of them.
I’ve put more money into SAFC than you ever have pal. I pay £1800 a season for my season ticket and have had a season ticket for over 30 years. Stop having vindictive digs at me please.

I wonder why they’ve wanted to stop the lies today mind, is keane back on the TV tonight ready ti spill the beans? Is it just down to being asked the question tomorrow? Not as if coming out with the truth now will keep a lid on things will it..

I repeat, this is the worst it has ever been in the history of S.A.F.C

We’re back to square one with KLD being part of the charade, total and complete takeover needed as far as I’m concerned. Lying slimy *****.

Its' 20% of £15m - the share price element of the deal.
It’s still a good deal they’ve got him involved in though. If we look down the line and look the potential for making money if there’s a promotion. If they can ultimately reduce the need for shareholding funding, say by selling the likes of a Stewart & Neil for millions, then ultimately he’d still be sitting pretty. That’s without ever really doing much here.

Edit - by making money I mean by selling his shares on.

He's said it himself elsewhere in the thread mate. It's muddied the waters and certainly they've not been transparent, but Kyril saying he has a controlling interest is not a lie.

This was always a possibility. For some reason, it was waved away by several on here who are seen as reliable sources of business operations.

Regardless of the share allocation now, there are two main issues:
1. The funding as a result of that shareholder breakdown
2. The club have deliberately misled (again) in an attempt to keep the wolf from the door

Those are two major concerns to have because funding is a potential problem for the effective functioning of the club and even if it’s not, people will certainly now not trust that the funding and good intention is there.

We aren’t a well run or organised club on or off the park. That’s a fact. Is that as a result of the club ownership arrangements or because the wrong people are in the wrong jobs? That’s up for debate. It could even be both.

Happy times

He should be as welcome as anyone on this board (apart from some posters who deliberately obfuscate and have their own little agendas going on).

I think supporters should just be careful to not put certain information from chosen individuals on a pedestal and accept everything said as gospel.
Of course everyone is welcome on this board as long as they give their opinion but some insist that what they is fact and should be brought to book when they are proved wrong

Fair enough, you owe me nothing. You sounded pretty definite though.

Do you accept they have mislead us all. If they managed to mislead you as a former accountant with multiple degrees - what hope was there for the rest of us?
I know loads of intelligent people with zero common sense mate. Well said btw.

They'll not get another honest penny from me considering they can't give any honesty back. The utter lying scheming fuckers.

How can there be no person of significant control if two individuals both own over 25% of the shares personally?

I thought that it might have been a fudge because KLDs share was owned by a family trust or something (though even then he's a PSC if it's him making the decisions).

I'm also assuming that recent CH filing posted on here where the top company stated there were no PSCs was genuine.

Technically, they're both PSCs

This is the salient point. That they have to be aligned in both interest and capacity to act.

It's having a wealthy owner in name only. We're still hamstrung by the fact that the majority of owners are the same as those who have still not paid back the money they owed us after dispensing of £20.5m in club funds.
They are all hoping that we'll eventually our way back up solely on the club's revenues and our outstanding football business management

In a way this could be good for KLD if he wants to take over himself as it might persuade the hangers-on to accept a reasonable price for a stricken league 1 club

Don’t dined a penny in the ground, hit the chancers where it hurts!!
How does reducing the revenue of our club, that already makes substantial enough losses, do anything other than hit the club?
