Really don’t know enough about Sartori to worry or be reassured. That’s where the clincher is really. I suspect that he Methven and KLD retain the power and maybe it’s in our benefit for KLD and Methven to be close if that dilutes Donald. Also the board looks largely KLD’s team with the odd exception.
No beef with KLD at all, I’ve no beef with Speakman either. As I said yesterday he’ll have put his plan to the board. He’ll have had a budget. His plan might need amendment but it will have needed the board’s approval so going on at him is pointless in a way. I was scoffed at by the chief scapegoaters yesterday for saying this. He’s the fall guy.
The ultimate beef as always is with the greedy Donald who wants his dollar despite failure and wouldn’t relinquish his power. The challenge is how to get Donald out without ruining our progress which I suspect isn’t in our hands whatever noise we make. They bought a distressed asset to make money and they’re gonna make it.

KLD has outright lied to supporters on two occasions twice now. Once about having a controlling interest and once about the NDA. He's as shady as the rest of them in my eyes now and it'll take some convincing to shift that in the eyes of me and many fans now.

Aye. He has lied to the supporters as much as anyone else. He has said repeatedly that he has a controlling stake in the club, and can make the executive decisions. That is a bare faced lie. Donald and Sartori together still have control. They don't even need Methven.

The significant shareholders within Madrox ie Donald bought OUR club with its OWN money

The Uruguayan who has done fuck all, Sartori bought 20% of OUR club for £1

I new something like this wouldn come out about madrox owning more of the club.so madrox brought in Speakman & Johnson KLD Is only the face of the club he is not running the club. Well i will not be spending anymore money on streaming passes or buy anything from the shop with them three still having a say.

I'd need to calm down quite a lot just to be f***ing raging. The fans have had the piss taken out of them for far too long. I've tried to hint that the rumours about kld having less than 50% were true without just giving the breakdown like some others did and of course some just accuse you of shit stirring. At least it's in the open now and the fans have to decide how to react to it. Should have been made public months ago if they had any respect for the fans whatsoever. The only thing I'll say is that I don't think keeping it secret (or trying to) was KLDs choice. But fuck me he's got to be open with the fans now, tell us what his plan is, what the ownership structure really looks like and when the others are f***ing off.

These people are liars (KLD included), and they are in this for nothing but themselves and their own profits. They do not care how far the club slips as long as they are making money. This explains a lot - including the fire sale of the most promising young players, the relative lack of investment, the shortage of staff in the club, the poor commercial operations and ticketing etc.

These people have to go. It's that simple. They are a very real and present threat to the club.

Absolutely. But I think some can be forgiven a bit of schadenfreude for today.

I specifically remember a thread where I backtracked and thought it was actually the end of Madrox. The day that KLDs legal people were appointed to the board it was. I backtracked, held my hands up and said I think I might have been wrong. People still piled in.

But aye, after this ‘revelation’, I hope we all unite with no club apologists and let them know it’s completely unacceptable.
