I can't see how 41% is a controlling interest. Can anyone explain this?

Either:

1) KLD shares have enhanced voting rights giving him effective "control" of voting at board meetings. He's also likely still the largest shareholder. This could make sense as it would allow Donald and Methvan the opportunity to still get their return at the next sale, but have little say in the running of the football club. It would also mean they could spin a white lie and tell us that they aren't in control anymore and have been bought out, when mathematically its not so clear;

2) 41% is BS; or

3) the whole thing is BS.
