I have done after 60 years since they dropped into the third division. It hurts though, it really does.Vote with your feet. It is the only way to facilitate real change. The Mags would have got rid of Ashley much sooner if they had stopped going. We are the same.
Because it’s embarrassing? And Mag like.People say it's not the fans fault, but I think the fans are partly to blame.
Sunderland fans are scared to kick up and fuss and protest. Even under Short I barely remember any protests at games.
Are you are scapegoat if you’re responsible? Thought it was his job?Just how things have shaped up... I think Speakman will be made the scapegoat.
My first away match in 1968 in my Corsair ,car was cool. Results were just like now, time DOES stand still !(or 60+)
Ok, maybe patsy is more accurate...Are you are scapegoat if you’re responsible? Thought it was his job?
Yes, it does. In fairness though, it hurts regardless but it is the only option open to us to hope for change.I have done after 60 years since they dropped into the third division. It hurts though, it really does.
So what's the alternative - accept our slide down the leagues and into mediocrity?Because it’s embarrassing? And Mag like.
Dunno man, LJ was sacked for not meeting targets (amongst other things apparently) and Speakman’s role is to identify and implement coaching staff is it not? Id say whoever is appointed that 2 weeks and 12 points dropped is a failure by any standards.Ok, maybe patsy is more accurate...
Yeah it’s definitely more embarrassing to protest shit owners than line their pockets on a weekly basis.Because it’s embarrassing? And Mag like.
No. Don’t attend games. Cancel season cards. Hit them in the pocket where we known it’ll hurt these chancers. So what's the alternative - accept our slide down the leagues and into mediocrity?
I’m all for protesting. These owners need driving out of the club.
I’m also for supporting the players on the pitch and hoping we somehow scrape through the playoffs.
Doing one doesn’t have to hurt us on the pitch.
I am assuming that the Defoe uplift factor has been and goneI'm not going to the next two home games.
Done enough away games this season (Portsmouth, ipswich, Cheltenham among loads of others) fuck it next game for me will be Wigan away.
