I’ve been going since 69 and I’ve seen and endured some shite mind. I’ve also seen some good times, have made lifelong friends and have always been proud to be a Sunderland supporter. I think this last few seasons, including this debacle has been the lowest point, but I’m not daft enough to think that I won’t still be supporting them next season whoever’s in charge and whichever division we’re in. It would have been nice to get keano in, he would, imo, have made the end of this season exciting, but if he doesn’t want to be here, well good luck to him, we’ll move on. Get promoted and this will all be forgotten, miss out and it’ll be dredged up as the hair shirt that a lot of supporters want to wear.
