Your 1st sentence is wrong.

Data is raw and doesn't contain any meaning unless analyzed. Information is data collated and produced to further a logical meaning.

I know I'm be pedantic ;)
Facts and statistics collated together and analysed is data, which in effect is information. If your contribution to this thread is to pick that out, it smacks of self importance.

You aren’t Speakman, are you?

I would hope a compromise could be found.
Personally, I think a 3 year contract is a reasonable ask, bearing in mind the job he has to do, and it looks like he sees this as an opportunity to build something properly.
If both parties are still negotiating that has to be seen as positive, in that they are both keen for this to happen, and get "on the same page".
Surely, if he were to rent a place up and around Sunderland, with a view to a more permanent move later, that could suffice.

Heres hoping 🤞🤞🤞
Nice 3 bed dormer cottage in pallion with car access to rear yard perhaps

The worrying thing is I can't see it getting any better. We can't afford to write 9 points off when the teams below us are closing the gap at a frightening pace. It's as if it doesn't fit in with the plan to get promoted this season!
Which is what i said on my thread on monday,we are running with the lead in.I haver never thought promotion was high on the agenda since ahem the takeover.

Northern Echo reckon talks were held yesterday face to face with Keane in Manchester and an agreement in their words 'was impossible to broker' hopefully the club make them look daft and announce it today

They say they met yesterday and a deal was impossible to broker before the Doncaster and Cheltenham games. Well it would be because of time and the fact time machines haven't been invented!
