Why don’t Everton get around FFP then if there’s ways?

Also you need to buy the correct players. Everton have spent about £500M in 5 years (an average of £50M per window) and are in the bottom half of the league.

Spending £25M on Chris Wood isn't the type of signing that is going to allow you compete with top 6.

Agree with all that you've said but what's to stop Al Hilal SFC from slapping in a £200 million offer for Shelvey and sending him off to play golf in Saudi for two years? Would this not go toward their income?

All in theory like, née way it would happen.
