Whats the right approach? Weve tried multiple different managers with different approaches mentality, and have new ownership, we've tried the "new" data driven approach after the last approach failed, and this hasn't seemed to work either.

We have tried different things and they keep failing. So whats the cause?

Basic, fundamental issues with the playing squad imo. We've weakened what was already the weakest part of the squad- defence. We're still playing a CM at right back, two teenagers in defence who will always be in and out of form and should be on rotation. A midfield that won't function well unless they're playing on a bowling green against players who don't get in their faces. In that January window we signed a couple of what are probably expensive wingers that we arguably didn't need and all.of the new signings are sitting on the bench a week after the worst result and performance in the history of SAFC. Then it's Ross Stewart vs 3 defenders. Oh and a keeper who IMHO is a downgrade on what we had before.

My issue is the hard on for youth and potential. Yes its worth investing in the future, but we need experienced campaigners. Its like theyre playing Football Manager and buying hordes of youngsters in the hope they will turn out to be wunderkinds.
