It’ll be him I reckon. We’ve all just got swept away with excitement. The clubs done everything right but they’ve gone to him first to see if there’s interest. Interviewed everyone else despite telling him it’s his if everyone agrees. That’s the talks that’ll of happened today I reckon. If they want someone in for Cheltenham looking at Sunday announcement I reckon.

I’d really love something tomorrow though and him in the stands.

They go on about succession planning - there seems to have been none here when the whole point of their “philosophy” is that it’s meant to be easier for someone new to take over. West Brom sacked their manager on Wednesday and their new boss is in charge today. It’ll have taken us over a week at best if it isn’t announced until Monday and even then what impact could anyone have before Tuesdays game?

But then if Keane was so interested that he made contact why wouldn’t he have been announced by now? The owner was all over social media about Keane on tuesday(?) I think it was so if he hasn’t given an answer by now they should have moved on to whoever their target was.

I desperately want Keane to come back but if we’re waiting for him and he still hasn’t decided then we need to get someone else in sooner rather than later.
