As Keane said he spoke to a championship club but nothing materialised, he is an extremely wealthy man so doesn't need the money, I highly doubt he'll come here for sentimental reasons, doesn't strike me as the type,
He has been out the game for 11 years so there's obviously a reason for that but I think if he thinks it's a good fit then yeah he'll go for it but I reckon he will want cast iron assurances on financing promotion push whichever league we're in.
 

Im just thinking right. KLD has liked posts about Keano being the favourite right? Surely he’s coming then, because how does KLD liking the post look to other potential candidates? It would look like KLD only really wanted Keane.

The one caveat I have on the situation is that if he is offered the job, and he turns it down, then he loses his credibility about ''unfinished business'' blah,blah.
I will also class him as just another attention seeking pillock with nothing to say, giving it the big''I am''.

He's gonna have to go away and think if he's happy to work in the system or not. Whatever his decision fair play to the bloke, hope he takes his time and really thinks through his strategy if he is to come here.
