I think Keane is exactly what we need right now, certainly until the end of the season and then see from there. Ultimately the window is shut so getting someone who can organise, motivate and inspire who we have is what we are crying out for. Add in the feel good factor re him and Defoe and its a no brainer in my view.

My feelings exactly. There’s only three games that matter now and that’s a big part of why Billy bullshit had to go.

The focus has to be on getting a settled team that gels and is hard to beat. Winning 5-0 and losing 5-0 doesn’t get you through play offs, it’s 1-0’s and 2-1’s
