Viva John Terry

Completely different pressure to what we are..his pressure he was surrounded by a world class manager and team mates different when you are on your own in charge giving a team talk to eleven div 1 players fighting for a top 2 spot .
He's played in some of the biggest games in the world, he knows all about pressure and then some 😂😂 he would undoubtedly need good coaches and people around him. Bowyer, Barton and so many others have done it and made a decent effort of it, but Terry couldn't? Give owa.

How could anyone respect John Terry? He is a vile racist.
Cant believe how many people would be happy with him being at our club, I’d be absolutely gutted. Can’t stand him.
Won every trophy you can in the domestic game and as captain. Born winner, born leader. Doesn’t happen by chance. In football terms, you can’t not respect his achievements.

My impression of Terry is the he is very much an Essex man & he doesn't have a lot of time for anything north of the Midlands if he even goes as far as that. I think that he would have real difficulties building up a relationship with the Club and its fans.

I appreciate that he's not required to fall in love with SAFC but I think it would be very difficult for him to feel genuinly enthusiastic about the Club.

Blokes a massive twat. And also a crap coach. After he lost his job at Villa he was on Bein talking about Dean Smith. He was on about how it was such a revelation to him that when he approached Smith about an underperforming player, Smith asked Terry if he’d asked the player if things were ok in his personal life. The thought had never crossed Terry’s mind. Better yet the fact that it had occurred to Smith made Smith some sort of managerial genius in Terry’s eyes. Bloke’s a tosser.

I think he would grasp the opportunity with both hands. It’s a brilliant job for him.

Apparently his brother lives in Spennymoor which is random as f***. Maybe they love it up here? Maybe they like the waves at Spenny leisure centre?

I'd rather Terry over Lennon which i have seen a few people mention. If he was appointed and we went up automatically and were doing really well in the championship most people wouldn't give a fuck about his past.

I’m getting old.None of the above matters if he can select a squad of players and get them to win football matches.
If he won football matches and got us back in the top flight the fans wouldn’t give a fuck. That goes for any manager. I’m not sure he would be able to do it though. He doesn’t know terrible football well enough.
