Without taking anything away from Bolton, what makes it feel worse is that the opposition weren’t exactly great. They were energetic, direct at times and full of confidence. Well deserved win but far from a good team. Which then beggars the question of how can anyone now have confidence LJ is the man to take us out of this league when we are getting tanked 6-0 by an “above average” L1 rival.

You are either deluded, on a wind up or just an utter fool. How the hell you can continue to defend Johnson after today beggars belief.

Because having watched the game, and the way the players performed, I put that result much more down to the players not turning up, than any “formation” or tactic.

Is Johnson blameless? Of course not. Is he mainly to blame? No, I’m not having that like - the players were absolutely woeful. As Danny Collins (I think rightly) said, they just downed tools.

I’m never quick to call for managers to get sacked but I think he needs to go now. We aren’t getting better and these types of defeats are happening too often.

I am completely shell shocked - just when you think you have seen the bottom we find it again

The whole of football must be pissing themselves looking at us. Nearly 6000 fans to suffer that - the away fans have been treated like shite this year
