We can't expect to win every game, but these capitulations and hammerings are just too frequent for us to pretend there is any fundamental progress being made. It's really not great to be "here we go again" with managerial appointments but what are, genuinely, our prospects under LJ now, we're not progressing over the last two season, we're standing still - "nearly" but never more than "nearly". Even if we sneaked up I feel sure we would crash back down based on the evidence of these games. There is a lot of work to be done, but someone could inherit a decent set of players that would pay dividends with a bit of organisation.

Well presumably you think these players aren’t good enough? That means recruitment hasn’t been good enough.

Or are you just saying everything is going well?

On the contrary, I think the players haven’t been good enough today. For the avoidance of doubt - I’m not hysterically calling for anyone at the club to be sacked/sold.

That's it for me. Its bad enough losing games at this level but it's the manner of some of them. It's embarrassing

I can’t see any negatives in changing manager now. What’s the worst thing that could happen? We could lose almost every game and we’d still be in League 1 for a 5th season! That’s almost certainly what’s going to happen anyway.
