And that’s the issue really. We’re not at the top and briefly dropping out. We’re half way through and barely spent time in the automatics and that realistically makes us an outside chance.

Defend who? Winchester getting caught under a ball that’s been in the air for ages, or Doyle for forgetting to stand within five yards of their centre forward?

There’s a difference between not allocating blame, and blaming one person for others’ failings.

No manager in the world would tell players to defend like that.
