People who have attended meetings and people involved are adamant he doesn't have 50%.

Lots of people have the view he has less than 50%. I suggest in this instance there is no smoke without fire. The truth will come out very soon and KLD is going to have a major challenge to get the fans back on board.

lots of peole having a view doesnt even make smoke. KLD has a controlling interest, simple.
 
Good evening. Tired tonight as a long shift at work. Don't want to engage with arguments with folk as....don't wish to argue with other Sunderland fans, but this is my take: We are all frustrated, and understandably so. Long time in this league now, and it is rancid. I doubt any of you good folk would take me to task on that. However, I do see a plan going forward and that gives me hope that we are, finally, on an upward curve. I have concerns. The pitch is an absolute disgrace. Should we not go up we will be cherry picked. And then start again. But I would hope that recruitment has planned for that.

Anyway, off to me scratcher as am knackered. STID and take care👍

the board of the club is full of klds people...if no majority how dud he get them on there?
kld isnt aiming for transparecy..thats why the club is owned by a secretive offshore entity..but there is no doubt kld is the one in control.
i doubt donald cares anymore..he knows now he made a huge mistake buying safc..probabky the worst of his life...and wont make a profit...i doubt he would be interested in pulling the stroings even if he could

If he can't make a profit why is SD still on the board at all. Surely he'd just get out ? What other reason is there to be here ? I know my mate watched him sink at Wembley in the 2-1 defeat to Charlton. Said he looked a broken man who realised he'd just lost the opportunity to make a quick tidy profit by selling a Championship club.

Lots of people thought Brexit and Boris as Prime Minister were good ideas. Just because lots of people think something doesn't make it right.

Its absolutely possible he owns less than 50% himself like, could have a controlling stake with Juan I guess

I think he has made some great changes at the club and I like him

But I was expecting more investment in the first team in the summer tbh

I appreciate we promoted Neil and Embleton which I am a big fan off, but the spine needed more investment

We have some good young players, but I think other teams look stronger

remember its not just about playing nice footy at times, being strong is having leaders and good defeenders and centre mids who can control the game and protect the back 4

we lack those qualities

I dont think a different manager would have us top 2 end of season, the squad is lacking
