We have been through this you are utterly wrong, the vacuum pulled on a vessel using a vacuum engine is done by removing gas / vapour from the vessel. I do this regularly and measure the flows out you are utterly wrong on this so stop propogating falsehoods (i can provide proof of this too so dont start spouting more drivel). Stop making shit up.

Not by pulling it's not. It's by pushing against the atmosphere.

Air cannot ever be pulled out of anything.
It's pushed out by compressing the external atmosphere to allow the internal pressure to expand into that lower pressure created by that pump forcing back that external atmosphere.

No such thing as sucking anything out.

It is the atmosphere pushing down on the liquid to push it up the straw into your mouth.
You create the low pressure by not allowing atmosphere into your mouth to counteract the pressure through the straw by that atmospheric push onto that liquid in the container you drink from.
