NUFC Sportswashing 2022

It's football. We will ship goals as we have done, Trippier or not.
However we have better quality going forward and much bigger threat to actually score more than we concede against teams around us and potential upsets for those well above us.

Stats are nothing.
What counts is the new start for a player. A sink or swim set up which can only be seen to be good or bad as time goes on...not earlier stats at other clubs.

Look at the players that scored very little but went to other clubs and became prolific.
A change can be famntastic or it can work against you. It depends.
However I think Wood will rise to the occasion. (pun intended).

It doesn't matter what he's touted to be.
A top striker will command a hefty wage and a hefty transfer fee. We don;t offer any illusions of him being in that bracket.
We triggered a release clause because top strikers in January are like rocking horse tish or so highly priced out as to become non negotiable.

This is where we're at.
We are second bottom and in real danger of relegation.

We do not require fancy Dan's at this moment in time, we need grafters and quality with experience.
How can yous get priced out if your richest club in the world as yous say??

Somehow I highly doubt that.
The Burnley owners certainly will. If i was a Burnley fan i would be happy with the deal as long as the money is invested and not kept by the owners. Mag fans saying it's a masterstroke as even if you go down he'll score goals in the Championship.

He would but i'm not sure how many players on over 100K a week is sustainable in the Championship. We had Rodwell on 80K and the prat crippled us with his wages at that level. If i was Burnley i'd invest in a young prospect from the Championship in case they go downm and also bring in a loan striker as well

Their first appointment was Mancini and first signing was Robinho. They quickly signed players like adebayor, clichy, tevez, bridge. From champions league clubs.

You've appoint Eddie Howe and just lashed £25m on Chris Wood. You may have 'unlimited funds' but it looks like its shite so far like for what you've spent/targeting. I'll take more notice when it looks like you're actually serious.
Absolutely spot on. It's like night and day difference in both clubs and how they've went about it once they were taken over. Mancini/howe, robinho/ Wood! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤩😂😂

'kinell...great set of lads iirc, wouldn't want those f*cka's anywhere near my club despite wallowing in L1.

If the next result is bad, there could be another visit... from the family and guards.

He says

Sorry I couldn’t be there tonight, heard all about is from Amanda, who was so excited at meeting you all. Promise to come and visit you soon.

Oh dear 😱

Mancini wasn't manager when they were taken over, he didn't sign Robinho, Mancini became manager nearly 14 months after the takeover, Mark Hughes was manager till then....

Aren't yous allowed to spend 250 million or something though? So you'd spend 25 million on a 30 year old? If your that concerned with ffp?
