It's his first tweet this year to mention either the word Sunderland or the hashtag #SAFC. He had a few in August then 3 in September, 2 in October, November and December with one was his "Oh hiiiiii Sunderland". So basically 9 tweets from end of August up until today.

Now look at his #NUFC as he's made more this month that he has for SAFC over the season. I know they've got stuff happening but it's easy LIKE point scoring at the minute from the Mags :lol: That still doesn't excuse 9 tweets in 4 months from a so called Sky Sports North East Reporter.

£20m is crazy money but pocket change to the beheaders, he's not a bad player for a lower end prem side. Holds the ball up works hard scoring record is a bit shite mind.

Yeah should be them comfortably staying up now really sadly. But even without signings theyd have probably scraped up.
 
Wood is an okish lower premier league forward but it’s just all so scatter gun. Thought Howe was this forward thinking attacking passing coach, like where does wood fit into that. He’s just a proper lump that you ping it up to. Every forward they are linked with is different and it’s almost like they have signed him just because they found out about the clause. Then even if it’s short term they are trying up all the ffp leaway they have.

Jesus, Chris Wood has never been a £20 million striker.

Couldn't wait for him to get gone from our club, absolute one trick pony. To be fair to him he has carved out a decent lower end PL career for himself but massive short-termism from NUFC and what a massive amount of money for a fairly mediocre 30 year old.

Supposes none of this matters if he scores the goal that keeps them up. Would love Burnley to relegate them on the last day.
