Of course I don't but I can offer it just as you can offer what you think. That's all we can do until the proof goes into a game and we see the end result.

You're only forming your opinion based on watching your team play against teams of similar standard in that league.
It offers you no real insight into a premier league fight.
You might as well say you can go into the premier league as you stand and finish higher than relegation.
You can believe that but you have no way of offering proof unless your club is elevated immediately into that set up.

The FA cup throws up many giant killings.
I wasn't that shocked at the result.

Bruce wasn’t wanted from the start man ! He wasn’t a ‘name’ you craved !
I was fine with it but many were't and I said so. I said it was because he was ex Sunderland manager and the fact he turned us down once. Sometimes that sticks hard in the throats of some.
If Howe had been recruited by Ashley there would have been hell on !

I absolutely agree if he'd started as he has done, even though much of it was against teams we weren't expected to get anything from.
Who only became ‘the one who gets us’ when every other fucker turned you down and the desperation to applaud anything the murderers did meant behEddie had to be accepted
I also agree. All the usual stuff comes out. It did with Rafa and I pulled many up about him. I said Rafa's in it for Rafa, not us. But people fell for the " he gets us clap trap...etc.
I may be a Newcastle united fan but I still see the hypocrisy and clap trap.
I'll offer some myself at times and so will your fans and fans of every club.

Unfortunately for us, over time, with all that's been going on, we created a perfect storm for ourselves.

Would the owners going into the dressing room immediately after the defeat at the weekend be seen as a challenge to Howes authority that you mention?
It depends on what was said.
( from his point of view and the players -would not have thought that would have gone down well ?)
It really does depend on what's been said. I can't know what's what but we can all speculate and all be wide of the mark or maybe close.
We'll soon know in the next few games as to what's what in terms of what looks to be the potential reality of the visit..
Considering we’ve already beaten Cambridge this season, away from home, I’d very much doubt it.
You played Cambridge as an equal. They weren't looking at giant killing they were looking at matching a decent league one team. If offers nothing extra than that in terms of whether your team could beat our team.
I wasn't that shocked at the result.
Nor was I.

We played Cambridge in the league yes, but if you follow this league you would see that the amount of effort so called lesser teams put in against us is like a cup game, you would then understand the comments.

Their squad pissed the championship take your goggles off.

Being shit in the Premier league doesn't mean you'd be shit in league one. Dwight Gyle is a 20 goal a season striker in the championship. Shelvey is like pirlo in the championship.
Go on then. Who would you swap for right now? Gayle for Stewart? Shelvey for Neil?

I agree, however I now think there is a good chance we will play the mags in the championship before 2022 is out, and I’m very hopeful that there won’t be an unbridgeable gulf in class by the time that game kicks off.

Loads of the smaller clubs in this league up their game against us like it’s a cup tie and especially when it’s at our place.

If Cambridge can up their game against you lot then clearly we could do the same in a one off cup tie

The number of teams who get hammered the week after playing us is incredible. It's indisputable that teams raise their game against us, particularly at the SoL.

We'd have to shit in a lot of knicker drawers to have as little class as the Mags.

Sunderland is still seen as a big club by teams that do not have that stadium and support.
Your club is on par with Newcastle in terms of support. Both clubs could offer an 80,000 stadium and fill it if all went well.
But although teams think of you as a fallen into the doldrums big club they still want your scalp if they can get it.

I could argue all kinds of stuff against your club in a similar vein to what's argued here about Newcastle but it's pointless.

You’ve been chasing Tassle around for over 5 years making bullshit threats to him. Stop crying you useless f***ing minge.
Threats- again, let’s have a link. I take the piss out of the daft toff. I’ve never accused him of feeding his kids illegal drugs but that’s the kind of scumbag you are, eh?

Of course. I cannot argue that. You could very well beat us by a few goals in that set up....but...and think of this. It's still a derby game, cup or not. It's still a derby game, lower or higher league stance or not.
You could easily be butchered or simply beat.
The rivalry will always be there but league position in terms of where both clubs are will intensify it that bit more for your fans, whilst we may become silly and arrogant with most of our players not actually giving a flying eff about derbies, apart from the Dummett's and Longstaff's and what not.
