South Africa v India test series

This has been a superb innings from Elgar. While he's at the crease, South Africa can win this.

Are we asking too much as England fans to produce just one batsman who can open the innings and play like him?

Or Dean Conway. Just no frills, solid technique and some scoring shots.

South Africa bowling well here. Interesting they’ve gone with five specialist bowlers, lot of pressure on their batters when they bat.

Also how does Mark Nicholas get these gigs around the world, bloke has always been absolutely insufferable.

Seems like the pressure is mounting on Pujara and Rahane. Personally it feels like they’ve both done more than the golden boy Kohli has in recent times……

All 3 have been poor the last couple of years, definitively seems time to move on from Pujara and Rahane when they’re keeping Gill, Vihari and Iyer out of the side though

Dodgy.

Pant claims two catches which didn't carry. First one was umpires review and overturned, second one the batsman believed him and walked.

Saffer collapse from 88/1 to 102/4 just before the lunch break, but should only be three down.
